The School of Light retreat – Zanzibar, March 2026
At the end of February 2026, the adventure of a small part of the School of Light community began in a new world: Zanzibar. A magical corner of Africa that offered us the perfect setting both for energetic work focused on regeneration, under the guidance of Alexandru Răducanu, and for the realignment of our multidimensional being on the divine path, through the intensive therapy sessions “Sacred Alignment” that we experienced with Alexandru and Diana Răducanu, accompanied by the sacred music of the lyrical artist Mihaela Codruța Niculescu.
We were hosted at Ananda Villa, where we were treated not only with professionalism and hospitality as tourists, but also as true friends—especially given the difficult international context that unfolded toward the end of our journey.
The regeneration of the being through reconnection with the Source and through energetic work on the body represented the main theme of the retreat. Alexandru introduced us to new intensive techniques and practices that significantly improved parameters related to the evolution of the body and of the being as a whole over time—techniques that we can continue to apply in order to maintain and further amplify the results achieved. His guided meditations reconnected us, as always, in an authentic way with Divinity and the Beings of Light, catalyzing a rise in vibration and enhancing the impact of the energetic techniques.
The “Sacred Alignment” sessions facilitated by Alexandru and Diana Răducanu perfectly complemented the regenerative practices and meditations, addressing every aspect of the being and of life itself, in order to realign us with the plan of Divinity / the Divine Self for the soul’s journey in this lifetime.
Throughout the retreat, Diana Răducanu—nutritionist and naturopathic therapist—answered participants’ questions and offered practical, personalized advice for a healthy lifestyle, addressing each case individually according to its specific needs.
The retreat represented an initiatory journey, both through the impact of the energetic work carried out with Alexandru and Diana, and through our encounters with the local people, a new culture, and new places. From the tropical forest with its unique flora and fauna, to the warm, turquoise-hued waters of the Indian Ocean, and the picturesque villages with their welcoming inhabitants, each experience was magical, revealing the magic of life in all its diversity. Last but not least, the joy of the journey was greatly enhanced by the local guides who accompanied us on every excursion, offering fascinating insights and colorful details about the places and communities we visited, as well as by the staff of Ananda Villa—our hosts, both Romanian and local—who impressed us with their professionalism and the warmth with which they treated us.
Overall, it was a dreamlike and deeply initiatory experience, shaped by places and people alike—both the locals and the connections formed through our interactions within the group.
The School of Light SHAMBALA retreat – Mongolia, August 2024
The summer of 2024 marked a special moment in the life of the School of Light community through a transformative retreat in Mongolia, centered around the mystical Shambala area in the Gobi Desert—a place known for its powerful and unique energy, which facilitated intense, high-vibration experiences.
The retreat included several locations across Mongolia, offering participants the opportunity to learn about an ancient civilization and culture, as well as the Buddhist religion. The journey featured visits to religious and touristic landmarks, meaningful encounters with local people, and fascinating insights into their nomadic lifestyle, animal husbandry, traditional crafts, music, and arts.
The challenges posed by long distances, diverse weather conditions across the country, and occasionally basic accommodation were offset by the deep interest sparked by the variety and richness of the ecosystems and local communities visited in each region.
As always, the sessions, thematic meditations guided by Alexandru, and his spiritual initiations had a profound impact on the participants.

The meeting for energetic practice for the ESP students – May 2024, Bucharest
During the meeting with the graduates of the “Expert in Subtle Protection – Mastering the Energy” course, Alexandru demonstrated various energetic techniques and practices from the curriculum, offering clear explanations, guidance, and support while answering participants’ questions with his characteristic warmth and friendly attitude.
Participants had the opportunity to practice radiesthetic measurement techniques, learn how to create energetic structures, and experience guided meditations. Alexandru also demonstrated techniques of supportive energetic therapy.
The session was held in a hybrid format—both live and online—and participants appreciated the usefulness and impact of the practices they engaged in.
